Excalibur Nutrition Return Policy

At Excalibur, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your supplement purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below for information on returning products.

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

1.2. Return Authorization (RMA): Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Please contact us at maxmuscleorlando@gmail.com or 407-855-3000 to initiate the return process.

1.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue the refund in the form of store credit or a gift card.

2.2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from the refund amount for returns of opened or used products. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned item.

3. Exceptions

3.1. Perishable Supplements: We do not accept returns for perishable supplements or products with a limited shelf life.

3.2. Clearance and Sale Items: Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3.3. Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at maxmuscleorlando@gmail.com or 407-855-3000. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
